A Multi agency special operation team based at Archers post in Isiolo County arrested two motor vehicle occupants who were found in possession of narcotic drugs totaling to approximately 21kgs.
The team intercepted two silver probox vehicles at around 0930hrs in the area where they had laid a road block.
On searching, they recovered narcotic drugs (bhang) hidden in boxes of biscuits and euro milk tins which had a total street value of Ksh.525,000.
One of the suspects is said to have a custom and excise Department payment authorization Eslip and Kebs inspection check list both stamped at Moyale border by KRA and Kebs.
The suspects are currently at Isiolo Police Station.
