Rarieda Member of Parliament, Otiende Omollo, has stated why phony lawyer, Brian Mwenda, will never be allowed to practice law even if he returns to law school.
On his official X platform on Saturday, Otiende voiced concern that Mwenda would never be allowed to practice law in Kenya due to impersonation.
“My heartfelt condolences to Brian Mwenda.” He may have social media encouragement and support from Francis Atwoli and Mike Sonko, but he will never be admitted as an attorney of the High Court of Kenya.
“This is due to Prior Impersonation.” “Labda ajaribu Uganda or Tanzania,” Otiende wrote on Facebook.
Mwenda was arrested by the Law Society of Kenya Nairobi Branch Rapid Action Team (RAT) on Thursday on false pretenses charges.
When RAT got public complaints about his fraudulent operations, he was caught.
He is not an advocate and does not have a license to practice law in Kenya, according to LSK documents.
Former Nairobi County Governor Mike Sonko, on the other hand, has sworn to return Mwenda to law school to study law.
