Is Valentine’s overrated?

Valentine’s Day on February 14 is a global holiday that traditionally celebrates love. Love doesn’t have one definition. Love is a doing word and it varies from person to person. Love is one of the most profound emotions known to human beings. There are many kinds of love, but many people seek its expression in a romantic relationship with a compatible partner (or partners). For these individuals, romantic relationships comprise one of the most meaningful aspects of life and are a source of deep fulfillment.

Most people in this generation believe love language is transactional. The skyrocketing cost of love is leaving many men struggling to pay for basic affection. Truth be told, we cannot eliminate the importance of money. Men complain that women just want money; many at times men who say this are those who are struggling to get money.

Love can never be overrated so valentines will remain a day that will be celebrated and honored. Life is for the living and we can’t live without love.
