secondary teacher in Nyeri has allegedly committed suicide after taking poison. It is reported that the man committed suicide by first placing himself inside a homemade “coffin” before he took some unidentified poison. This is according to reports from eye witness at the scene.
The lifeless body of the man was found inside a coffin by police officer’s and relatives inside a rental house at Ihururu shopping centre. The man who has been identified as Joseph Gathogo is a 46 – year – old and was a teacher at Muhoya secondary school. The man had gone missing for a week before he was found.
