Henry Mulamula was on Saturday Evening arrested by police officers for spitting on the body of the late Daniel Arap Moi.
The 26 year old will be spending a cold night behind bars as detectives dig deep into the matter. It has not been established if a psychiatrist’s intervention will be needed to determine the mental health of the young man.
Hundreds of Kenyans today queued along the City Hallway waiting to wait access into the parliament grounds ahead of the public viewing of the late retired President Moi’s.
President Moi’s remains will lie in state at Parliament Building until Monday before a requiem mass is held at nyayo Stadium and the body transported to his Kabarak home for burial.
