A motor vehicle reg.KBF715k Toyota Hilux Double Cabin Grey in colour ferrying four cartons of acaricide each 200pieces of 100ml contraband, a product of cypercide from horseed pharmaceuticals company Mogadishu Somalia, was intercepted yesterday 27/7/2020 at around 1645hrs by KRA officers on duty along Mandera Wajir road.
Two bags of USAID sorgham 50kgs each and 20 pieces of USAID mosquito nets were also confiscated at Wajir Police Station for multi-agency verification which was done today and now awaits the direction of the public health and NEMA on the destruction of the pesticide.
