Kenya Lionesses finished second to South Africa both in the Africa qualifiers for the 15s Rugby World Cup and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The 15s team heads to repechage for another attempt to qualify for the 2021 Rugby World Cup. The sevens team was able to qualify for the Olympic Games after the South African team withdrew.
