National champions Ulinzi Warriors jet out Monday for Dar es Salaam, Tanzania ahead of the Basketball Africa League (BAL).
Coach William Balozi said the soldiers, who are in Nairobi following a week-long low attitude training in Mombasa, are all set for the four team tournament.
He said the training went well and he has no injury concerns ahead of the six-day tournament that tips off today.
“The training in Mombasa went on well. We covered a lot and even had a friendly game. I am confident we will do well in Dar,” said Balozi.
“I am going with 16 players and will pick the final roster after arriving there and having some sessions.”
